1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the acd8 platform — including the website at acd8.app, any associated mobile browser interface, and all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services made available through that platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the acd8 platform in any capacity. If you are accessing acd8 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Your acceptance of these terms is recorded at the point of account registration. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the acd8 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and acd8.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the acd8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. acd8 operates an active age verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source to the extent technically possible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The acd8 platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the acd8 platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. acd8 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market. If you are accessing acd8 from a restricted jurisdiction, you must not use the platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the acd8 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, acd8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from registering again.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your acd8 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and mobile number. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds in cases where fraud is identified.

2.5 Account Verification

acd8 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing a first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a defined threshold, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acd8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. acd8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the acd8 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. acd8 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the affected account promptly upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your acd8 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus offers claimed — is your sole responsibility. acd8 will not reverse completed transactions on the basis that another person accessed your account unless clear evidence of unauthorised access is established through the investigation process.

3.4 Contact Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your contact information, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times. acd8 relies on the contact details in your account profile to communicate important notices, verification requests, and security alerts. acd8 is not liable for any failure in communication that results from outdated or inaccurate contact information in your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acd8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available payment methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may be applied and will be displayed at the point of transaction initiation.
• acd8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to account holders.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your acd8 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the sending institution. acd8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. acd8 does not charge a platform-side processing fee for withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are outside acd8's control and are the account holder's responsibility. acd8 commits to processing verified withdrawal requests promptly; where verification is pending, the account holder will be notified of the required steps.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the acd8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). acd8 does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate applied by the payment processor, and any resulting exchange differences are the account holder's responsibility.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit identified as originating from a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment source will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the associated funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities. acd8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and payment providers in investigations involving suspected financial fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

acd8 offers various promotional bonuses to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. These Terms and Conditions establish the general framework; individual bonus pages provide the specific requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size per wagering round, and maximum bet size during bonus play are specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games or at stakes exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses and associated bonus balances are forfeited automatically upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in each bonus offer and begin from the moment the bonus is credited to your account, not from the moment you first use it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

acd8 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using betting patterns designed to achieve the mathematical certainty of meeting wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent (so-called "bonus hunting"), and colluding with other accounts to exploit promotional mechanics. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed, and may be subject to further restrictions.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

acd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where a technical error has led to incorrect bonus terms being displayed. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun wagering, the bonus terms applicable at the time of opt-in will generally be honoured, subject to investigation of any associated irregularities.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the acd8 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game mechanics and payouts, while these Terms and Conditions take precedence for matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on acd8 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to market-specific settlement rules. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of bet placement; acd8 is not liable for any delay in odds updates caused by network latency on the player's connection.

6.3 Void Bets and Error Resolution

acd8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been placed or initiated as a result of a system error, incorrectly displayed odds, a software malfunction, or any other technical irregularity. In such cases, the stake placed will be returned to the account balance. acd8 is not obligated to honour winnings that arise solely from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of the bet.

6.4 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed and binding until you receive a bet confirmation reference number or message from the acd8 system. Bets that fail to generate a confirmation reference due to a technical error on the platform's end are not considered placed and the stake will be returned. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet confirmation has been received before assuming a wager is active.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acd8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one acd8 account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information, using another person's identity, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, error, or vulnerability in the acd8 platform or any game it hosts to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after funds have been used to place bets or claim bonuses on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the acd8 platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward acd8 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

acd8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform recognises that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. acd8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions are applied immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play — available at 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the acd8 platform — including but not limited to the acd8 brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of acd8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the acd8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; use acd8's brand assets in any commercial context without prior written permission; or create derivative works based on acd8 platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to this policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

acd8 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service outages, and events outside acd8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. acd8 is not liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or other damages arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acd8's total liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. acd8 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

10.3 Third-Party Content

acd8 is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or availability of games and content provided by third-party game studios. Any dispute relating to a specific game's rules, payout mechanics, or fairness should be directed in the first instance to the relevant game studio's published terms. acd8 will assist in facilitating such disputes where possible but cannot be held liable for outcomes determined by third-party game systems.

10.4 Force Majeure

acd8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet infrastructure outages, cyber attacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

11. Amendments and Termination

11.1 Right to Amend

acd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting account holder rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus structures, or prohibited conduct definitions — acd8 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via the email address on file. Minor clarifications or editorial corrections may be made without notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the hero section of this page.

11.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the acd8 platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

11.3 Account Closure by the Account Holder

You may close your acd8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to identity verification. Account closure does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

11.4 Account Closure by acd8

acd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where: these Terms and Conditions have been breached; fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe; or the account has been inactive for an extended period and the account holder has not responded to re-engagement communications. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach or suspected fraud, acd8 is not obligated to return the account balance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Informal Resolution

acd8 encourages account holders to raise any disputes, complaints, or concerns with the support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through the live chat service (available 24/7 from your account dashboard) or via email at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge any formal complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, account holders may escalate their complaint through acd8's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". acd8 will review the matter internally and provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving the formal complaint.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written and governed in the English language. All communications, dispute submissions, and resolution proceedings between acd8 and account holders shall be conducted in English.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
